Drs. Mark Bolden and Jared Ball had initially worked to bring Maimouna Youssef to Morgan State University for an Artist-in-Residence, a re-creation of the Dave Chappelle Block Party (in which she also participated) and to create workshops for students.  Well, Youssef finally made it to for this workshop which covered music production, performance, the politics of the music business, women in the business, independent artists and much more! Stay tuned for more with Youssef here including a forthcoming appearance in our Academics In Cars segments!  And definitely check out our past interviews, freestyle sessions and more!
