Microaggressions with Dr. Chester Pierce

·

We spent most of this hour talking with about Dr. Chester Pierce.* Pierce is a legendary psychiatrist who pioneered the concept of “microaggressions” with a particular focus on the experience of being Black in America or the impact of an entirely hostile environment human beings. We also spoke briefly with Reverend Edward Pinkney about his struggles in Benton Harbor, MI. v. Whirlpool company and the elite political class they’ve apparently purchased. All this plus new music from Bahamadia and Pharoahe Monch!

We also briefly mentioned this new campaign to help political prisoner Albert Woodfox and shared our concerns with supporting marches led by compromised “leadership.”

*Collected works of Dr. Chester Pierce

Thanks to Netfa Freeman for creating this fine rally call flier based on the words of our own Dr. Hate.

Good program. Maybe one day Dr Hate will commemorate revolutionary psychologists Amos Wilson & Bobby Wright. Dr Kobi Kambon is still alive & should be interviewed also.

      Hello, Walter!

Was just passing by and I saw your comment. I remembered that Dr. Hate did a tribute to Bobby Wright, so I found it for you: https://imixwhatilike.org/2013/11/15/bobbywrightremembered/
