Always a pleasure to hear a fruit bearing conversation that is of the same ilk. I’ve never been a fan of the West Coast rap scene since they come on in the early 90s. I Grew up listening to GMFlash, Rakinm, so forth. For Snoop to play himself like this with such a farce is poor judgement. The quality of music and the visuals that accompany lack in taste.

Wow!! Extremely enlightening show! I am, and have been for sometime, concerned with the lack of music, movies and television shows that are appropriate for (specifically Black) children. I remember when my wife was pregnant with our first child, having the conversation about all the media that is produced for children, the substance that is designed specifically for Black children and sifting through it to make certain it was appropriate. Needless to say we were sadly and extremely concerned… but what bothered us most is that there was NO medium (unbeknownst to us) that was doing anything about it. Appropriate media catering to Black children was and is NON-EXISTENT!! Glad to hear about Uncle Devin and my wife and I want to focus on doing something similar. Thanks for the show Jared, it has motivated me to action!!
